To “kick off” our Green Kicks program we’re
offering all players a chance to win big. By writing
or colouring players will have the chance to win a range
of cool prizes.

No more litter on the fields! Every team will take ten
minutes from their practice to do a garbage sweep of
the fields in the upcoming weeks.

Please keep our fields green by depositing
refuse appropriately.
Vehicle emissions contribute to 50% of Green House Gas
emissions in Canada every year.
Jamboree week we are challenging you to walk, stroll
or roll to the fields, just make sure you leave your
vehicle in your driveway. Those who partake will be
rewarded with some really cool treats for their efforts.
- Equipment drop off:
Have you grown out of your cleats? Got some shin pads
you want to get rid of? Don’t TRASH IT, just
STASH IT! At the Year-End Jamboree we are going to
have collection bins for to deposit personal soccer
gear you no longer have use for. This gear will be
inspected by FDSA Staff for usefulness and then distributed
to area schools and to developing nations.
Drop off Locations
Saturday August 18th there will be three locations for you to drop off soccer gear that you would like to donate. Each location will have a large tent where you can drop off your out-grown and gently used equipment.
Location 1: Fredericton High School
Location 2: Nashwaaksis Upper Field
Location 3: Barkers Street Field
Submit your environmental success stories or ideas that
we could implement with the FDSA and we will post it
on this site and reward you with a free compact fluorescent
light-bulb.
